2. Main products and technology level
The NC machine tools are hi-tech products in Dalian. NC machine tools and NC processing center manufactured by us are all hi-tech products, which are also the key developing project confirmed by the country in the 21 century. Following leading.

 

Technologies and user’s real needs, we developed our products with an advanced technology of CAD design. To improve quality, we introduced updating test instruments and equipments and selected assemblies very carefully, we hope to create good products with better properties and reasonable price. The recent product of NC machine tool for link rod boring hole use started a leading card in our country’s link rod processing.
Meantime, by using our own NDL high precision all-purpose NC machine tools, we set up a machinery parts processing base to undertake assemblies processing for both of foreign companies and ourselves. The high precision assemblies we manufactured for some big companies in Japan and British enjoyed a very high reputation. One of famous Japanese companies expressed their surprise that a Chinese private company can manufacture such a high precision NC machine tools and assemblies and some of them are even better than those produced in Japan.
Our general manager and chief engineer who engaged himself in machine tools, automatic lines and NC machine tool for years is one of our designers. He participated in designing four series and 12 kinds of NC machine tools, six of them used to be awarded. He used to be titled as dedicated scientist. He is a professional senior engineer enjoys government’s allowance.
